以3种不同基因型的成熟胚和茎尖两种不同外植体为材料,对它们的愈伤组织诱导,继代培养和分化进行了研究。结果表明:玉米的成熟胚和茎尖愈伤诱导率相关,但两种外植体诱导出的愈伤组织状态明显不同,茎尖诱导出的愈伤组织状态普遍比成熟胚的好;两种外植体的愈伤分化率差异明显,成熟胚愈伤组织最高分化率为2.13%,茎尖愈伤组织最高分化率可达21.2%。
Three different genotypes of mature embryo and shoot tip two different explants as materials, their callus induction, subculture and differentiation were studied. The results showed that there was a correlation between callus induction rate of mature embryo and shoot tip in maize, but the callus induced by the two explants was obviously different. The callus induced by the shoot tip was generally better than the mature embryo; The callus differentiation rate of explants was significantly different. The highest differentiation rate of callus was 2.13% in mature embryos and 21.2% in shoot tip callus.
