在详细分析自动颗粒计数法原理的基础上,运用AVR单片机和遮光型自动颗粒计数器传感器及其他元件设计了油液颗粒度检测仪。重点阐述了油液颗粒度检测仪的工作过程,主要的硬件电路设计以及系统软件设计。尤其对油液颗粒度检测仪中的传感器放大电路和通道设定电路的原理和实现方法做了具体的说明。实验表明该检测仪具有较高的准确度和可靠性,并且价格低廉,具有广泛的用途。
Based on the detailed analysis of the principle of automatic particle counting, the oil particle detector was designed by using the AVR microcontroller, the shading automatic particle counter sensor and other components. The working process of the oil particle detector, the main hardware circuit design and the system software design are elaborated. In particular, the oil particle detector in the sensor amplifier circuit and the channel setting circuit principle and implementation methods made a specific description. Experiments show that the detector has high accuracy and reliability, and the price is low, with a wide range of uses.
