铅锌矿中高含量锌的测定,一般采用EDTA滴定法,该法干扰较多,分析周期较长。我们采用原子吸收光谱法测锌的次灵敏线(307.6nm)来测定锌、方法简单、快速、精密度高、工效达40件样/人·日。一主要仪器与试剂原子吸收光谱仪(WFX-1D) 锌空芯阴极灯(北京有色金属研究院) 锌标准溶液:称锌(纯度99.99%)1.0000g,用盐酸溶解后定容于100ml量瓶中,然后配成Zn·10mg·ml~(-1)和Zn1mg·ml~(-1)两种工作溶液。二仪器工作条件测量波长307.6nm,入射狭缝0.2mm,灯电流2mA。燃烧器高度6.5mm,空气流量7L·min~(-1),乙炔流量1.0L·min~(-1)。
