目的比较近红外线扫描与钼钯X线在诊断小乳腺肿瘤中的应用。方法对321例术前已行近红外线乳腺扫描和钼靶X线摄片检查的直径≤2 cm的乳腺肿瘤患者,进行回顾性对照研究。结果对于直径≤2 cm的肿瘤,近红外线的灵敏度及特异度分别为87.7%、65.8%;X线的灵敏度及特异度分别为89.7%及69.2%。两种检查手段联合应用灵敏度及特异度分别为94.1%及76.1%。结论比起近红外线扫描,X线在乳癌早期诊断中有稍高的诊断率。两种检测方法联合应用可提高乳腺癌诊断率。
Objective To compare the application of near infrared and molybdenum X-ray in the diagnosis of small breast tumors. Methods A retrospective and controlled study was performed on 321 cases of breast tumors less than 2 cm in diameter who had undergone near-infrared breast scanning and mammography before operation. Results The sensitivity and specificity of near-infrared were 87.7% and 65.8% for tumors with diameter less than or equal to 2 cm. The sensitivity and specificity of X-ray were 89.7% and 69.2% respectively. The combined sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were 94.1% and 76.1% respectively. Conclusion Compared with near-infrared scanning, X-ray has a slightly higher diagnostic rate in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. The combination of the two detection methods can improve the diagnosis rate of breast cancer.
