前言 山西省是我国的煤炭大省,近期关于山西省发挥资源优势,大力发展煤化工以及推广甲醇燃料的消息很多。为了了解这一形势对化肥行业,尤其是中小氮肥企业的影响,探索发展燃料甲醇和甲醇汽车给中小氮肥企业带来的机遇,我中心站派出人员于2002年7月30日至8月2日到山西省有关部门进行了调查。走访了山西省化工行业办公室、山西省化肥公司、山西省燃料甲醇与甲醇汽车领导小组 Foreword Shanxi Province is China’s largest coal province.
