目的建立一种同时测定工作场所空气中21种挥发性有机物的方法。方法采用活性碳管采集空气样品,二硫化碳溶剂解吸后进样,经DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离,FID检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法峰面积定量。结果所建立的气相色谱检测方法分离完全,在测定范围内,具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均>0.999,待测物质解吸效率为91.4%~103.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~2.3%,检出限和最低检出浓度均优于GBZ/T 160的要求。使用该方法对某喷涂车间采样检测,检出主要挥发性有机物有苯(1.67 mg/m~3)、甲苯(2.53 mg/m~3)和乙酸丁酯(1.23 mg/m~3),其他均小于最低检出浓度。结论该方法可同时测定多种挥发性有机物,适用于复杂工作场所中空气毒物的测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 21 volatile organic compounds in the workplace air. Methods Air samples were collected by activated carbon tube. After desorption of carbon disulfide solvent, the samples were separated by DB-FFAP capillary column and detected by FID detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was determined by external standard method. Results The gas chromatographic method established was completely separated and had a good linear relationship within the measurement range. The correlation coefficients (r) were all> 0.999, the desorption efficiencies of the tested substances were 91.4% -103.6%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.4% ~ 2.3%, the detection limit and the lowest detection concentration are better than GBZ / T 160 requirements. The method was used to sample and detect the main volatile organic compounds in a spraying workshop, including benzene (1.67 mg / m 3), toluene (2.53 mg / m 3) and butyl acetate (1.23 mg / m 3) Are less than the minimum detectable concentration. Conclusion The method can be used to simultaneously determine a variety of volatile organic compounds and is suitable for the determination of air poison in a complex workplace.
