通过对C25、C45、C60花岗岩机制砂混凝土和易性、抗压强度、早期收缩变形、抗氯离子渗透性进行测试,并选取具有代表性的C45花岗岩机制砂混凝土,在保持坍落度一致的条件下,与C45天然砂混凝土作对比,系统地研究了花岗岩机制砂对混凝土性能的影响,还通过对花岗岩机制砂和天然砂的筛分析和圆形度测试,探讨了粒径为0.15mm以下的颗粒含量和圆形度对混凝土性能的影响机理,为闽南地区花岗岩机制砂在混凝土中的推广应用提供技术支撑。
Through testing the workability, compressive strength, early shrinkage deformation and chloride ion permeability of C25, C45, C60 granite mechanized sand concrete, and selecting the representative C45 granite mechanized sand concrete, while maintaining the same slump Under the conditions, compared with C45 natural sand concrete, the effect of granite mechanism sand on concrete performance was studied systematically.
