目的探讨食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法纳入2013年9月~2014年10月于成都市第三人民医院心血管内科接受冠状动脉造影的住院患者187例。调查患者食用花椒的频率,并运用多元线性回归分析食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉的关系。结果单因素分析提示不同的花椒食用频率以及不同的右侧冠状动脉狭窄程度之间均存在显著差异(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析提示食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关(P<0.01,95%CI:-39.152,-22.790)。Spearman相关分析提示食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉的狭窄程度呈负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.01)。结论食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉的狭窄程度可能密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the edible pepper and the degree of right coronary artery stenosis. Methods A total of 187 hospitalized patients undergoing coronary angiography at the Department of Cardiology, Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu from September 2013 to October 2014 were included. The frequency of consuming pepper was investigated, and the relationship between pepper and right coronary artery was analyzed by multivariate linear regression. Results Univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between different pepper consumption frequency and different degree of right coronary artery stenosis. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that pepper was closely related to the degree of right coronary artery stenosis (P <0.01, 95% CI: -39.152, -22.790). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the edible pepper had a negative correlation with the stenosis of the right coronary artery (r = -0.59, P <0.01). Conclusion The degree of stenosis between edible pepper and right coronary artery may be closely related.
