cccDNA(共价闭合环状脱氧核糖核酸)是乙肝病毒前基因组RNA复制的原始合成模板,是乙肝病毒持续感染的关键因素。与外周血HBV(乙肝病毒)复制指标(HBeAg、HBVDNA)有显著的相关性,并与肝细胞炎症相关,检测HBVcccDNA可在一定程度上了解患者病情进展,确定治疗终点,对抗病毒药物疗效的判断。现今在美国已有7种药物被允许用于成人慢性乙肝的治疗,但均不能有效抑制HBV,目前以cccDNA为靶点的抗病毒药是我们的迫切需求。
