目的:了解正常人群的细胞免疫功能状态,为制定正常值范围提供依据。方法:采集正常人血液,加入含植物血凝素(PHA)的细胞培养基中培养一定时间后,观察母细胞化的淋巴细胞百分率。结果:2~7岁组PHA剌激的淋巴细胞转化率(以下简称淋转率)为85.91%,自发淋转率为8.69%;8~15岁组的淋转率为84.46%,自发淋转率为8.21%;16~55岁组的淋转率为83.25%,自发淋转率为9.45%;大于55岁组的淋转率为77.75%,自发淋转率为8.63%。结论:各年龄组的人均有自发的淋巴细胞母细胞化现象,其转化率没有显著性差异;PHA淋转率则有显著性差异。
Objective: To understand the status of cellular immune function in normal population and provide basis for establishing the normal range. Methods: Normal human blood was collected and cultured for a certain period of time by adding PHA-containing cell culture medium to observe the percentage of the bled lymphocytes. Results: The PHA-stimulated lymphocyte transformation rate (hereinafter referred to as the rate of lymph node metastasis) was 85.91% in 2 to 7-year-old group, the rate of spontaneous lymph node metastasis was 8.69%. The rate of spontaneous lymph node metastasis was 84.46% The rate of spontaneous lymph node metastasis was 83.25% and 9.45% respectively in 16-55 years old group. The rate of spontaneous lymphatic metastasis was 77.75% and the rate of spontaneous lymphatic metastasis was more than 55.5 years. CONCLUSIONS: Spontaneous lymphoblastic metaplasia occurs in all age groups, with no significant difference in conversion rates; there is a significant difference in PHA turnover rates.
