电流强度是电解生产重要的技术参数 ,不同槽型的电流是否合理可以用阳极电流密度来比较分析 ,最佳的电流由筑炉、电解质成分选择 ,目标炉帮等条件决定。热平衡和极距是确定电流强度的内在必要条件。本文结合 2 80kA系列生产经验阐明上述观点。
The current intensity is an important technical parameter for electrolytic production. Whether the current in different troughs is reasonable or not can be compared with the anode current density. The best current is determined by the conditions of building furnace, electrolyte composition selection and target furnace. Heat balance and pole pitch are inherent requirements for determining the current strength. This article combined with 2 80kA series of production experience to clarify the above point of view.
