随着医药科技的发展,现已能制备粒径1nm~1μm的胶体微粒给药系统,即微球、微囊及毫微粒。这种给药系统主要由药物与载体构成,有的添加了不同的附加剂,在机体内显示出被动靶向、缓释的优点,这有利于延长药物的半衰期,提高药物选择性,使之浓集于靶部位,使药物缓慢地释放而维持比较持久的有效浓度。因而该类制剂具有高效、低毒的特点,这也正是当今临床用药的发展趋
With the development of medical science and technology, it is now possible to prepare colloidal particle delivery systems with particle sizes of 1 nm to 1 μm, namely microspheres, microcapsules and nanoparticles. The drug delivery system is mainly composed of a drug and a carrier, and some add different additives to show the passive targeting and sustained release in the body, which is beneficial to prolong the half-life of the drug and improve the drug selectivity.
