对121耳鼓室成形术术前及术后3个月时比较患耳之骨导听力改变。结果表明:所有病例术后骨导听阈均较术前有不同程度的升高,且随手术范围及复杂程度的增加,骨导听阈升高显著,0.25~4kHz平均听阈升高数值,在鼓膜修补组(Ⅰ组)、鼓膜修补+听骨链重建组(Ⅱ组)和电钻下联合进路胆脂瘤清除+鼓膜修补+听骨链重建组(Ⅲ组)三组间差异有显著性。三组间平均骨导听阈升高大于15dB者所占比例依次有所升高,其组间差异亦有显著性。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组骨导听阈升高无频率差异,Ⅲ组骨导听阈升高各频率不均衡,以4kHz骨导听阈的升高最为明显。
Of 121 ear tympanoplasty preoperative and postoperative 3 months compared with the affected ears of the bone-conduction hearing changes. The results showed that the bone conduction thresholds of all cases were increased to some extent compared with the preoperative values. With the increase of the surgical range and complexity, the bone conduction thresholds increased significantly, and the mean hearing thresholds increased from 0.25 to 4 kHz. There were significant differences between the three groups in the eardrum repair group (group Ⅰ), tympanic membrane repair + ossicular chain reconstruction group (Ⅱ group) and the combined approach of cholecystoma removal + tympanic membrane repair and ossicular chain reconstruction group . The mean percentage of bone conduction threshold increased more than 15 dB among the three groups in turn increased, and the differences between groups were also significant. In group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, there was no difference in the raised threshold of bone conduction. The elevation of bone conduction threshold in group Ⅲ was unbalanced and the elevation of bone conduction threshold at 4 kHz was the most obvious.
