中国安全生产监督管理机构独立设置十年以来,工作上取得很大成绩,但与经济社会发展相比,仍然存在很大差距,反映了目前中国安全监管工作尚处于初级阶段。从社会学的社会结构看,安全生产监管领域存在一些需要反思的问题:事故死亡人数指标设计及考核、政府监管的价值取向、事故信息发布、安全民主参与、安全应急救援、条块分割和冲突、行业内干部任免等问题。 China’s work safety supervision and administration institutions have achieved great success in their work since they were set up independently for 10 years. However, there is still a long way to go in terms of economic and social development, reflecting that the current work on safety supervision in China is still in its infancy. From the perspective of social structure of sociology, there are some problems to be reconsidered in the field of safety supervision: the design and assessment of indicators of death toll, the value orientation of government regulation, the release of accident information, the participation of security and democracy, the emergency rescue, the fragmentation and conflict , The appointment and removal of cadres in the industry and other issues.
