目的了解天津市和平区集体园所3~6岁儿童的健康状况。评估不同程度肥胖对儿童血脂的影响,并与正常儿童血脂水平比较分析。方法采集儿童手指末梢血,并结合我所全自动生化分析仪,以2010年3~5月份参加和平区集体园所体检并检验血脂的621例3~6岁儿童为检测对象。结果 621例儿童中不同程度肥胖儿童55例,甘油三酯(TG)异常80例,胆固醇(TC)异常17例,所得结果根据儿童肥胖程度不同进行了方差分析及χ2检验。结论正常儿童与不同程度肥胖(重、中、轻)儿童的血清TG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常儿童与不同程度肥胖(重、中、轻)儿童的血清TC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同程度肥胖(重、中与轻比)儿童之间TG差异也有统计学意义。
Objective To understand the health status of children aged 3 ~ 6 in Heping District, Tianjin. To assess the different levels of obesity on children’s blood lipids, and compared with normal children’s blood lipid levels. Methods Peripheral blood of the fingers of children was collected and combined with our automatic biochemical analyzer to detect 621 children aged 3 to 6 years who took part in the test and test the blood lipids in Heping District Collective Park from March to May 2010. Results Among 621 children, there were 55 children with different degrees of obesity, 80 with abnormal triglyceride (TG) and 17 with abnormal cholesterol (TC). The results were analyzed by variance andχ2 test according to the degree of obesity in children. Conclusion The difference of serum TG between normal children and children with different degrees of obesity (heavy, medium and light) was statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference of serum TC between normal children and children with different degrees of obesity (heavy, medium and light) Significance (P <0.05). There was also a significant difference in TG between children with different degrees of obesity (weight, moderate and light).
