目的探讨无创正压通气治疗老年急性心肌梗死并急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法 60例老年急性心肌梗死并急性左心衰竭患者,在常规治疗基础上采用无创正压通气呼吸机经鼻罩双向正压通气治疗;观察治疗前、后血气指标的变化。结果 56例患者无创正压通气治疗后血气分析指标明显改善(P<0.05),4例无效者改为气管插管,无创正压通气治疗总有效率93.33%。结论无创正压通气可有效改善急性心肌梗死后心功能和低氧血症,有助于降低病死率。 Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in elderly patients with acute left heart failure. Methods Sixty elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and acute left heart failure were treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation ventilator via bilateral positive pressure ventilation on the basis of routine treatment. The changes of blood gas indexes before and after treatment were observed. Results 56 cases of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation after treatment significantly improved blood gas analysis indicators (P <0.05), 4 cases of ineffective to endotracheal intubation, non-invasive positive pressure ventilation the total effective rate 93.33%. Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can effectively improve the cardiac function and hypoxemia after acute myocardial infarction, which will help reduce the mortality.
