应用以明胶为底物的SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对 4 8例乳腺癌术后患者尿液进行酶谱分析 ,探讨对乳腺癌术后患者行尿液MMPs检测的临床意义 .结果显示乳腺癌患者尿中可检测到 3种分子量分别为 130kD、92kD、72kD的MMPs .乳腺癌术后复发转移组尿中 130kD、92kD、72kD的MMPs检出率分别为 80 .8%、84 .6 %及 6 9.2 % ,而术后无转移组的 3种MMPs检出率分别为 2 7.3%、31.8%及 2 2 .7% ,正常对照组的检出率分别为 13.3%、2 0 .0 %及10 .0 % ,乳腺癌术后复发转移组尿液MMPs检出率明显高于术后无转移组 ,P <0 .0 1.而乳腺癌术后无转移组尿MMPs的检出率与正常对照组无显著性差异 .上述结果提示用酶谱电泳技术检测乳腺癌患者尿液MMPs可用于乳腺癌术后复发转移的监测
The gelatin-based SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique was used to analyze the urine of 48 postoperative patients with breast cancer, and to explore the clinical significance of urinary MMPs detection in postoperative patients with breast cancer. The results showed that breast Three kinds of MMPs with molecular weights of 130kD, 92kD and 72kD were detected in the urine of cancer patients respectively.The detection rates of 130kD, 92kD and 72kD urinary MMPs in the recurrent and metastatic breast cancer patients were 80.8% and 84.6% And 62.2% respectively. The detection rates of three kinds of MMPs in the non-metastasis group were 23.3%, 31.8% and 22.7% respectively. The detection rates of the normal control group were 13.3% and 20.0% And 10.0% respectively. The detection rate of urine MMPs in postoperative recurrence and metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-metastasis group (P <0. 01) There was no significant difference in the normal control group.The above results suggest that the detection of urinary MMPs in breast cancer patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can be used to monitor postoperative recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer
