目的 :探讨体外热应激诱导胸腺细胞凋亡与细胞表达HSP 70的关系。方法 :用流式细胞术检测体外热应激后再培养的胸腺细胞不同时间的凋亡率及HSP 70表达阳性率。结果 :体外热应激后 ,胸腺细胞的凋亡率在 0h、6h、12h随时间延长而增高 ,但 2 4h后凋亡率不再增高 ;体外热应激胸腺细胞HSP 70表达阳性率比对照组明显增高 ,在 6h阳性率最高 ,12h、2 4h阳性率逐渐下降 ,至 2 4h ,已明显低于 6hHSP 70的阳性率 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :HSP 70是调节体外热应激诱导胸腺细胞凋亡的重要分子之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between heat stress-induced thymocyte apoptosis and HSP70 expression in vitro. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptotic rate and the positive expression rate of HSP70 in thymocytes cultured in vitro after heat stress. Results: The apoptotic rates of thymocytes in vitro increased at 0h, 6h and 12h, but no significant increase after 24 hours. The positive rate of HSP70 in thymocytes was higher than that of control Group was significantly higher at 6h the highest positive rate, 12h, 24h positive rate decreased gradually to 24h, has been significantly lower than the 6hHSP 70 positive rate (P lt; Conclusion: HSP 70 is one of the important molecules that regulate the apoptosis of thymocytes induced by heat stress in vitro.
