目的　探讨腹主动脉破裂的诊治方法。方法　回顾性分析 3例腹主动脉瘤破裂患者的临床资料。结果　 3例均为损伤性腹主动脉破裂 ,均表现为腹腔内大出血及失血性休克。均经积极抢救和及时手术修补腹主动脉裂口治愈。结论　对腹部锐器伤后短时间内出现休克者 ,均应疑有大血管损伤 ,经积极复苏后应及时剖腹探查 ,并应注意多脏器损伤的可能。腹主动脉破裂手术成功的关键为 :①良好的显露 ;②成功阻断动脉破口的近端 ,腔内阻断法最为理想 ;③修补。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal aortic rupture. Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 3 cases had ruptured abdominal aorta, all showed intraperitoneal hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock. After active rescue and timely repair of abdominal aorta wound healing. Conclusions In the short time after the sharp injury of the abdomen, the shock should be suspected to have a large vessel injury. After the active recovery, the laparotomy should be promptly taken and the possibility of multiple organ injury should be noticed. Abdominal aortic rupture surgery is the key to success: ① good exposure; ② successfully blocked the proximal end of the arterial breach, endovascular blockade is the most ideal; ③ repair.
