我国不动产登记制度存在登记机关众多、程序各异、效力不确定等诸多问题,致使出现权利实现的法律不能。因此应当对现行制度进行梳理,以统一法律依据、统一登记机关等“五统一”的原则为指导,制定或修正相关的法律,确保不动产市场交易的顺畅。
There are many problems with the registration system of immovable property in our country, such as various registration procedures, different procedures and uncertain validity, which lead to the law that the realization of the rights appears. Therefore, we should sort out the existing system and guide or formulate or amend relevant laws under the principle of unifying the legal basis, unifying the registration organs, etc. so as to ensure smooth transactions in the real estate market.
