通过设置不同基本培养基、不同激素配比、不同光照条件实验,对籼稻珍汕97B成熟胚愈伤组织诱导及再生的条件进行了探讨及优化。结果表明,在MB+2,4-D 1 mg/L+KT 4 mg/L+NAA 3 mg/L培养基中12 h/d光照培养条件下诱导,愈伤组织诱导率最高,达到96.40%,绿苗分化率也最高,达92.07%。
The conditions of induction and regeneration of mature embryos of Zhenshan 97B of indica rice were explored and optimized by setting up different basal mediums, different hormonal ratios and different light conditions. The results showed that the callus induction rate reached 96.40% under the condition of MB + 2,4-D 1 mg / L + KT 4 mg / L + NAA 3 mg / L medium for 12 h / , Green seedling differentiation rate is also the highest, reaching 92.07%.
