目的研究三仁汤对脾胃湿热证小鼠肾组织AQP3变化。方法将30只SPF级BACB/C小鼠随机分为正常对照组、脾胃湿热模型组、三仁汤治疗组,测量小鼠体温、体重,测定肾组织AQP3的水平,病理切片观察小鼠肾脏病理变化。结果与正常对照组相比,脾胃湿热模型组体温偏高,体重增长缓慢,AQP3含量显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病理提示肾脏存在炎症损伤,三仁汤治疗组AQP3稍升高,与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与脾胃湿热模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病理提示三仁汤对肾脏的炎症损伤有修复作用。结论脾胃湿热证小鼠肾组织AQP3呈高表达状态,三仁汤能调节脾胃湿热证小鼠肾脏AQP3的表达,恢复机体正常的水液代谢平衡。
Objective To study the effect of Sanren Decoction on renal AQP3 expression in mice with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. Methods Thirty SPF BACB / C mice were randomly divided into normal control group, spleen-stomach damp-heat model group and Sanren decoction group. Conclusion AQP3 in the kidney of spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome mice was highly expressed. Sanren Decoction could regulate the expression of AQP3 in the kidney of mice with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome and restore normal body fluid metabolism balance.
