目的:优化三芪丹颗粒的醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验对三七的醇提工艺进行优化,以三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1提取量及出膏率作为考察指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数、提取时间作为考察因素,用L9(34)正交试验表安排试验。结果:最佳提取工艺为加6倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:优选工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。
Objective: To optimize the alcohol extraction process of Sanqi Dan granules. Methods: The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the alcohol extraction process of Panax notoginseng.
