72型光电分光式光度计是常用于化工、冶金、食品、医药、土壤肥料分析和环境监测等方面的比色光学仪器。为了在一定精度下进行快速比色分析测定,我们采用物质生色化合物配制成一系列不同浓度的“标准溶液”,而以统计方法对光电分光式光度计进行标定,效果良好。现简介如下: 一、兰伯特—比尔定律及其变换对食品等的比色分析,是用某种波长的光束通过物质生色化合物的溶液来进行的;当溶液浓度C不大时,通过溶液后的光密度E由下式表示:E=KlC(1)式中,K为同一种溶液中与浓度无关的常量;1为溶液的厚度。 (1)式就是兰伯特—比尔定律。它表明,当Kl一定时,E与溶液浓度C正比。上式可作一条相关线,由于很多随机因素的影响,相关线在
