在有电弧的交流回路中,当焊接电流过零反向时,存在瞬时的电弧电压间断并反向,这时电弧电流的变化率下降。据此,如焊接回路中串联接入电感和电容,当电弧电流过零时,电感电压发生瞬时跌落,在临界状态下降到零,此时,电容上的电压不能突变,它与电源电压相叠加,施加于电弧间隙,获得相位自动跟踪的稳弧脉冲。在普通焊接电源空载电压的条件下,保证各类交流电弧的稳定连续燃烧。本文建立了L—C串联型交流电弧电路的电弧稳定连续燃烧条件;提出了合理的规范调节方案及参数配合关系;在理论分析的基础上,研制成功了L—C稳弧型交流钨极氩弧焊机。经考核证明,该系统工作稳定,适用范围宽广,结构简单,维护方便,是一种很有推广价值的新型交流稳弧系统。

The reasonable normative adjustment scheme and parameter cooperation relationship were proposed. On the basis of theoretical analysis, L-C arc-stabilized AC Tungsten Argon Arc welding machine. The examination proved that the system is stable, wide range of applications, simple structure, easy maintenance, is a great promotional value of the new AC steady arc system.
