本文概括介绍了微型计算机的发展历史和在热处理领域应用的主要方面。通过国内外许多典型事例,论述了微型计算机在热处理设计计算和计算机辅助设计,数据处理与预测热处理性能,热处理工艺过程控制和数学模型研究,热处理生产的计算和辅助管理,多重控制微型计算机系统及微型计算机数字模拟仿真技术方面的应用及发展。并就微机在热处理领域的应用前景和当前的开发问题,进行了有益的讨论。
This article gives an overview of the history of microcomputers and the main aspects of their application in heat treatment. Through many typical examples both at home and abroad, this paper discusses the design and calculation of heat treatment, computer aided design, data processing and prediction of heat treatment performance, heat treatment process control and mathematical model research, calculation and auxiliary management of heat treatment production, multi-control microcomputer system and Application and Development of Microcomputer Digital Simulation Technology. The discussion on the application foreground of microcomputer in the field of heat treatment and the current development problems are also discussed.
