随着近年来我国的电力事业发展逐步趋于完善,电力企业之间的竞争日益加剧,企业要保持自身健康持续发展,就必须切实地把握好服务这一发展的关键突破点,通过构建优质的服务文化来提升企业竞争的软实力。新时期,电力企业纷纷应对当前发展的形式,加强了对于以优质服务为核心的文化的构建,其服务文化的建设工作积累了颇多的经验。本文便是以电力企业开展以服务作为核心的文化建设工作做为主题,着重从其建设的大方向、内外环境、中心战略三个方面对主题进行了具体的分析。
