(Go/No-go Association Task,GNAT)收集“高荣誉组”与“低荣誉组”士兵的行为数据,测量两组士兵在“自我-部队首属群体”与“自我-部队次级群体”、“自我-非部队群体”三种任务条件下的d’和反应时。
Objective: To examine the implicit collective self-esteem of soldiers in the dimension of importance of identity. Methods: The Go / No-go Association Task (GNAT) was used to collect the behavioral data of “High Honor Group” and “Low Glory Group” soldiers, Self-Force Heads-Group “and” Self-Force-Sub-Group “and” Self-Non-Forces Group "under the three conditions of the task d ’and response time. Results: The main effect of team honor on GNAT was not significant (F (1,36) = 2.073, P> 0.05). The main effect of task condition was significant, F (2,72) = 10.924, P <0.01 The interaction with the task conditions was significant, F (2,72) = 10.072, P <0.01. Conclusion: Soldiers show the implicit collective self-esteem effect on troop groups in the dimension of importance of identity. Group size and team honor play an important role in regulating the implicit collective self-esteem of soldiers.
