目的 观察上皮细胞钙粘蛋白 (E cad)表达与膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)分级、分期等生物学行为的关系。方法 采用恒冷切片免疫组织化学SP法 ,对 2 8例TCC和 10例正常膀胱粘膜新鲜冰冻标本进行E cad表达的检测。结果 对照组 10例正常膀胱粘膜E cad均正常表达 ,实验组 2 8例TCC ,仅 50 % (14 2 8)正常表达 ,二组差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。TCC不同分级、分期间E cad表达有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ,G3 比G1+G2 表达低 ,浸润性TCC比浅表性TCC表达低。初发与复发、单发与多发TCC之间比较 ,E cad表达均未见显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。本组未见E cad表达完全缺失的TCC。结论 正常膀胱粘膜组织E cad保留表达 ,TCCE cad表达降低 ,E cad表达与TCC分级、分期呈负相关 ;E cad表达与TCC的数目 ,与肿瘤的初发或复发无关
Objective To observe the relationship between the expression of E cad and the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC), such as grading and staging. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect E cad expression in 28 frozen TCC specimens and 10 normal fresh frozen specimens of bladder mucosa. Results E cad in normal bladder mucosa of 10 cases of normal control group were all normal expression, 28 cases of experimental group TCC, only 50% (14 2 8) normal expression, two groups significant difference (P <0.01). There were significant differences in E cad expression between different grades and stages of TCC (P <0 05), lower expression of G3 than G1 + G2, and lower expression of infiltrating TCC than superficial TCC. No significant difference was found in the expression of E cad between initial and recurrent, single and multiple TCC (P> 0.05). The group did not see the complete deletion of E cad expression of TCC. Conclusions The expression of E cad in normal bladder mucosa remains unchanged and the expression of TCCE cad is decreased. The expression of E cad is negatively correlated with the grade and stage of TCC. The expression of E cad and the number of TCC are not correlated with the initial or recurrence of tumor
