目的 :探讨白血病抑制因子受体 (LIFR)与人涎腺腺样囊性癌转移的相关性。方法 :以涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞系ACC 2及其肺高转移株ACC M作为研究肿瘤转移分子机制的模型 ,应用RT PCR技术和免疫组化方法检测LIFR的表达。结果 :RT PCR检测表明LIFRmRNA在肺高转移细胞株ACC M细胞中的表达低于在ACC 2细胞中的表达 ,免疫组化检测表明LIFR蛋白在ACC M细胞中表达降低。结论 :LIFR在涎腺腺样囊性癌转移过程中可能发挥抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR) and human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. METHODS: The salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line ACC 2 and its lung metastatic strain ACC M were used as a model to study the molecular mechanism of tumor metastasis. The expression of LIFR was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results: RT-PCR showed that the expression of LIFR mRNA was lower in ACC M cells than in ACC 2 cells, and the expression of LIFR protein was decreased in ACC M cells. Conclusion: LIFR may play an inhibitory role in the metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
