通过试验和数值模拟的方法研究了铜合金低压铸造过程中压力对ZCuZn16Si4合金补缩特性的影响。结果表明在适当的压力范围内不同的压力将导致不同的冒口补缩距离,同时与重力铸造相比,压力能大大改善液态金属补缩特性。在数值模拟计算过程中还注意到,目前的缩松判据还不能很好地预测低压铸造铜合金铸件的缩松缺陷。
The influence of pressure on the shrinkage characteristics of ZCuZn16Si4 alloy during low pressure casting of copper alloy was studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation. The results show that different pressures within the proper pressure range will result in different riser makeup distances and that pressure can greatly improve the liquid metal makeup characteristics compared to gravity casting. In the process of numerical simulation, it is also noticed that the current shrinkage criterion can not predict well the shrinkage defects of low pressure cast copper alloy castings.
