【摘 要】
:
针对YZ变电站220 kVⅢ/Ⅳ段母线及Ⅲ母线路保护CVT断线的异常现象进行研究,梳理了现场异常检查的顺序,并结合二次回路图纸、保护说明书分析故障点,近而根据相关规定、规程提出最优的安全措施.在此基础上,总结提升了“两汇报”的信息汇报流程、梳理了CVT异常的检查顺序、设立专项应急处置卡等提升措施.

2017-2020年,通过对民勤绿洲白蜡绵粉蚧(Phenacoccus fraxinus Tang)监测防治试验及寄主白蜡(Fraxinus chinensis)的观察,记载了白蜡物候期及白蜡绵粉蚧的形态特征、摸清了白蜡绵粉蚧的生物学特性,总结出白蜡绵粉蚧的发生期与寄主物候期呈正相关,发生危害期与寄主白蜡物候期存在时间上的重叠性.提出危害中重度的区域需要持续防治3年,根据寄主物候期及时综合科学施治的方案.
