采用水提醇沉法从柚皮中提取水溶性粗多糖,通过正交试验确定了最佳提取条件为:提取温度90℃、提取时间2.5h、料液比1:15,在此条件下经过3次提取所得柚皮粗多糖的平均提取率为8.14%。纯化后柚皮多糖平均收率为6.92%。经过分离纯化后,鉴定了不含蛋白质、多酚、淀粉等物质。结果表明:用水提醇沉法提取的柚皮多糖中产率高,值得推广。
Water-extracted alcohol precipitation method was used to extract water-soluble crude polysaccharides from pomelo peel. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 2.5h, solid-liquid ratio 1:15, under the conditions The average extraction rate of crude polysaccharides from pomelo peel obtained three times was 8.14%.
