目的对拟缺香茶菜Isodon excisoides全草的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从拟缺香茶菜全草95%乙醇提取物中分离得到24个化合物,分别鉴定为(E)-5-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)pent-1-en-3-one(1)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-11-烯-乌苏-28,13β-内酯(2)、腺花香茶菜素(3)、2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏酸(4)、2α,3α-二羟基乌苏酸(5)、2α,3β,24-三羟基乌苏酸(6)、3′,4′,5-三羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(7)、2α,3α-二羟基齐墩果酸(8)、2α,3α,24-三羟基齐墩果酸(9)、无羁萜(10)、尾叶香茶菜丙素(11)、鄂西香茶菜素(12)、大锥香茶菜甲素(13)、1α,14β,20-三羟基-7,20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯-15-酮(14)、肾形香茶菜丙素(15)、kamebacetal A(16)、木犀草素(17)、胡麻素(18)、熊果酸(19)、β-谷甾醇(20)、阿魏酸(21)、3,4-二羟基桂皮醛(22)、3-吲哚甲醛(23)、十七烷酸(24)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为拟缺香茶菜酮,化合物3~16及22~24为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant Isodon excisoides. Methods A variety of column chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Twenty-four compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the whole Chinese cabbage and identified as (E) -5-hydroxy-1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -5- ) pent-1-en-3-one (1), 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxy-11-ene-ursu-28,13β-lactone (2) (4), 2α, 3α-dihydroxy uruosinic acid (5), 2α, 3β, 24-trihydroxysuuric acid (6), 3 ’, 4’, 5- Trihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone (7), 2α, 3α-dihydroxyoleic acid (8), 2α, 3α, 24-trihydroxyoleic acid (9), unimodal 10), Mentha flavonoids (11), West incense Chak Choi (12), Cone Chaetobin (13), 1α, 14β, 20-trihydroxy-7,20-epoxy (15), kamebacetal A (16), luteolin (17), flavin (18), bearberry (19), β-sitosterol (20), ferulic acid (21), 3,4-dihydroxycinnamaldehyde (22), 3-indolyl formaldehyde (23), and heptadecanoic acid (24). CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound named quincarlitazone. Compounds 3-16 and 22-24 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 2 is isolated from this genus for the first time.
