在学校体育中要不要关注运动技能教学一直是个争执不休的话题。当下,强调心理健康、社会适应,淡化运动技能教学的此起彼伏,再次产生体育教育目标取向的钟摆现象。心理学视野中运动技能属于知识范畴,如果在学校体育中确立了运动技能也是知识的观念,就不会有人提出淡化运动技能,技能是体育与健康课程的基础,通过运动技能练习而获得的身体认知是一切认知的本源。缘此,在体育课程中,应确立运动技能学习的应有地位。
