It is difficult to form a cooperative equilibrium between companies and farmers born outside the rural economic system because of the lack of hard constraints and asymmetric information. Market organizations and rural households born in the rural economic system are hard-constrained by the existence of an informal system to facilitate the formation of a cooperative equilibrium. Entrepreneurs born in the rural economic system also have comparative advantages, so that the market organization has a stable and long-lasting vitality.
