目的探讨“最佳避孕方法电脑模糊综合评判”软件在避孕措施选择中的优越性。方法将2005年10月~2008年12月间在5家不同级别医疗单位咨询采取避孕并随访的育龄妇女按照有否咨询软件系统选择避孕措施分为咨询组3000例和对照组2000例,统计比较相关临床资料。结果咨询组的文化水平、社会背景均高于对照组(P<0.05)。咨询组避孕措施实施率大于对照组(P<0.05),两组上环、口服避孕药、绝育术、工具避孕、其他避孕方式(如安全期避孕、口服紧急避孕药等)5类避孕方式的构成比不同(P<0.05),且未咨询本系统的人群中选择上环和其他的人数均明显多于使用本咨询系统的人群(P<0.05)。咨询组月经过多、月经不规则、腹痛、贫血副反应的发生率、因避孕带来不适而中止避孕率、避孕失败非意愿妊娠后的人工流产率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),对所采取避孕措施的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “最佳避孕方法电脑模糊综合评判”软件能够帮助临床工作者科学、客观的为育龄妇女做出合理、安全、有效、知情的个性化最佳避孕措施,降低避孕副反应的发生率,减少非意愿妊娠,降低健康风险,提高群众的满意度。
Objective To explore the superiority of the computer-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the best contraceptive methods in the selection of contraceptive measures. Methods Between October 2005 and December 2008, five women of childbearing age who contracted and followed up at five different levels of medical units were divided into three groups according to whether there was any consultation about the contraceptive measures: 3000 cases in the counseling group and 2000 cases in the control group. The implementation rate of contraceptive measures in the counseling group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There were 5 types of contraceptive methods in the two groups, namely, Shanghuan, oral contraceptives, sterilization, tool contraception and other methods of contraception (such as safety contraception and oral emergency contraception) (P <0.05), and the number of people who chose Sheung Wan and others who did not consult this system were significantly more than those who used this counseling system (P <0.05). The incidence of irregular menstruation, abdominal pain and anemia in the counseling group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The rate of abortion was reduced because of the contraceptive discomfort, and the induced abortion rate after unplanned pregnancy was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) , Satisfaction with the contraceptive measures taken was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion “best contraceptive method of computer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ” software can help clinicians to make scientific, objective, reasonable, safe, effective and informed personalized best contraceptive measures for women of childbearing age to reduce the incidence of contraceptive side effects , Reduce unwanted pregnancies, reduce health risks and improve people’s satisfaction.
