物流企业从创业阶段进入成长阶段后,外部环境和原有的结构功能以及运营方式会产生许多不协调的地方,企业要进一步发展需要变革原有模式,重新适应内外部的变化,达到再平衡,这个阶段规范化管理建设和相应的策略选择是最重要的,文章以江苏华商物流规范化管理建设为例,探讨规范化管理建设的策略和实施方法,希望为成长型物流企业的变革提供有益的借鉴。
After the logistics enterprises enter into the growth stage from the start-up phase, the external environment and the original structural functions and operation modes will produce a lot of uncoordinated places. For further development of enterprises, the original mode of transformation needs to be changed to adapt to internal and external changes to achieve rebalancing. At this stage, the construction of standardized management and the corresponding strategy choice are the most important. Taking the standardized management and construction of Jiangsu Huashang Logistics as an example, this article discusses the strategy and implementation of standardized management and construction and hopes to provide a useful reference for the reform of growth logistics enterprises.
