目的 定量研究肝细胞生长因子 (hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)在糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者玻璃体中的水平 ,探讨 HGF在增生性糖尿病视网膜病变 (proliferative dia-betic retinopathy,PDR)等新生血管形成病理过程中的作用。 方法 采用双夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法检测对照组 10只眼玻璃体以及单纯型 DR组 7只眼、PDR组 33只眼和其它与新生血管生成有关的视网膜疾病组 8只眼玻璃体切割手术中所取玻璃体内 HGF的含量。PDR组中无虹膜新生血管者 2 4只眼 ,伴虹膜新生血管者 9只眼。 结果 玻璃体中 HGF的含量对照组为 (3.34± 1.9)μg/ L ;单纯型 DR组为 (4.8±2 .5 ) μg/ L;PDR组中不伴虹膜新生血管生成者为 (13.0± 5 .2 ) μg/ L;PDR伴有虹膜新生血管生成者为(18.6± 7.2 ) μg/ L,其它与新生血管生成有关的视网膜疾病组为 (12 .1± 8.9) μg/ L。PDR组和其它与新生血管生成有关的视网膜疾病组玻璃体中 HGF的含量比对照组显著升高 (t=6 .4 9,5 .70 ,3.0 1,P<0 .0 1) ;PDR组中伴有虹膜新生血管生成者较 PDR不伴虹膜新生血管生成者以及单纯型 DR组玻璃体中 HGF的含量均高 ,其差异有显著性意义 (t=2 .4 7,P<0 .0 5或 t=4 .84 ,P<0 .0 1)。 结论 在 PDR和与新生血管生成有关的视网
Objective To quantitatively study the levels of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in the vitreous of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and to explore the role of HGF in neovascularization such as proliferative dia-betic retinopathy (PDR) The role of pathological process. Methods The vitreous in 10 eyes of control group and 7 eyes of simple DR group, 33 eyes of PDR group and 8 eyes of other retinal diseases group associated with neovascularization were examined by double-sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Take HGF content in the vitreous body.
