在室内用聚乙二醇溶液摸拟干旱对短芒披碱草、肥披碱草、披碱草、垂穗披碱草和老芒麦幼苗进行抗旱性的测定结果表明,其幼苗抗旱能力是短芒披碱草】肥披碱草≥披碱草】垂穗披碱草≥老芒麦;牧草抗旱性越强,其相对含水量、干物质产量、生长速率、光合作用、膜透性及比电阻对干旱反应越迟钝,硝酸还原酶活性却越敏感。干旱导致膜透性增加,比电阻下降,二者呈极显著线性负相关(r=0.96,y=62.43-32.72x),表明用电阻法研究牧草抗旱性是可行的。
