我国已建成世界最大的海藻纤维生产基地,海藻纤维年产量可达800 t。这是向海洋要资源取得的又一重要成果。经过20多年的研究,夏延致科研团队突破了有机溶剂传统工艺,实现海藻纤维全线自动化生产,并在青岛建成了年产1000 t纤维级海藻酸钠原料的生产线及年产800 t海藻纤维生产线,开了海洋纤维工业生产的先河。据了解,海藻纤维研制初期面临的技术难题较多,譬如,纤维纺丝原料不专用,海藻纤维无工业化生产设备,海藻纤维纺丝液配制效率低下等等。针对
