目的初步研究葛根素与牛磺酸配伍对红细胞膜稳定性、膜流动性及形态影响。方法采用体外溶血实验,比较葛根素与牛磺酸配伍前后红细胞溶血的程度;采用荧光染料技术,比较葛根素与牛磺酸配伍前后红细胞膜流动性的变化;体内试验以血细胞涂片观察葛根素与牛磺酸配伍前后对红细胞形态的影响。结果葛根素能直接导致红细胞溶血,牛磺酸可抑制葛根素所致的溶血现象。葛根素能显著提高红细胞膜流动性,牛磺酸对葛根素此作用无明显影响。静脉注射葛根素可引起部分红细胞呈棘形,牛磺酸能抑制葛根素对红细胞形态的改变。结论牛磺酸体外能对抗葛根素的溶血现象,体内可抑制葛根素诱导的红细胞形态异常。
Objective To study the effects of puerarin and taurine on the stability of erythrocyte membrane, membrane fluidity and morphology. Methods In vitro hemolysis experiments were conducted to compare the hemolysis of erythrocytes before and after the combination of puerarin and taurine. Fluorescent dye was used to compare the changes of erythrocyte membrane fluidity before and after the combination of puerarin and taurine. In vivo experiments were performed to observe the effect of puerarin Effect of Taurine on morphology of erythrocytes. Results puerarin can directly lead to hemolysis of red blood cells, taurine can inhibit hemolysis caused by puerarin. Puerarin can significantly improve the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane, taurine on the role of puerarin had no significant effect. Intravenous injection of puerarin can cause some erythrocytes were spine-shaped, taurine can inhibit changes in the morphology of red blood cells puerarin. Conclusion Taurine can antagonize the hemolysis of puerarin in vitro and inhibit the morphology of erythrocytes induced by puerarin in vivo.
