由于技术的进步,特别是电视和电脑的普及,我们的世界已进入了传媒时代。上世纪80年代之前,以书刊形式作为主要传播手段的文学,一直处于传媒的中心位置。文学作品拥有大量的读者,并因此能够对社会生活以及国民的道德情感产生巨大的影响。那个时候,作家因为所担当的历史责任而备受人民大众的关注。换句话说,作家生活在光环中。不管作家本人经历了何等的政治磨难和命运的坎坷,作家与作品的双重尊严,一直能够在广大的人民中得到足够的尊重。但是,这种情形在上世纪90年代开始改变,以电视和互联网所代表的传媒时代,以其不容抗拒的巨大力量,对我们固守的传统的人文心智进行无情的挑战,或者说残酷的解构。
Due to technological advances, especially the popularization of television and computers, our world has entered the media age. Before the 1980s, literature as the main means of communication in the form of books and magazines has been at the center of the media. Literary works have a large readership and therefore can have a huge impact on social life and national moral feelings. At that time, writers received the public’s attention due to their historical responsibility. In other words, writers live in aura. No matter what kind of political hardships and frustrations the writer himself has experienced, the dual dignity of writers and works has always been able to enjoy enough respect among the broad masses of people. However, this situation began to change in the 1990s. With the immense force of its irresistible force in the era of the media represented by television and the Internet, the situation was mercilessly challenged or cruelly deconstructed by our traditional humanistic mind.
