目的探讨肌电图在颅脑损伤后面瘫治疗过程中的对疗效的评价作用。方法通过对东南大学医学院附属江阴医院2008年1月至2011年5月78例重型颅脑损伤导致的面瘫患者,治疗前和治疗60d后分别对患者进行肌电图检查,检测患侧面神经复合肌动作电位潜伏期、运动传导速度、所引出的M波波幅数值,同时结合相应的临床疗效进行分析。结果患侧复合肌动作电位潜伏期、运动传导速度、所引出的M波波幅在治疗前后相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),第60d的数值较治疗前明显改善。结论肌电图能够客观的体现肌肉的功能状态,可作为临床治疗效果和顾后判定的定量、定性指标,临床上建议进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of EMG on the curative effect of facial paralysis after traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 78 patients with facial paralysis caused by severe craniocerebral injury in Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University Medical College from January 2008 to May 2011 were treated with electromyogram before treatment and 60 days after treatment, Muscle action potential latency, motor conduction velocity, the M-wave amplitude values derived, combined with the corresponding clinical efficacy analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the latency of the compound muscle in the affected side and the conduction velocity of the affected side were significantly different (P <0.05). The amplitude of the M wave at the 60th day was significantly improved compared with that before treatment. Conclusion Electromyography can objectively reflect the functional status of muscle and can be used as a quantitative and qualitative index for clinical treatment and prognosis. Clinical recommendations are further popularized.
