为了分析铍铜 (QBe2) 无磁钻杆失效的原因, 对铍铜材质进行力学性能测试、硬度检测及金相组织分析, 研究了用于替代铍铜材质的新型奥氏体不锈钢的性能.检验分析及工业性试验表明新型奥氏体不锈钢无磁钻杆相对铍铜无磁钻杆具有较好的综合机械性能.“,”In order to analyze the reason of beryllium copper non-magnetic drill pipe failure, mechanics performance testing, hardness measurement and metallographic analysis etc. were carried out. The performance of new austenitic stainless steel material used in place of beryllium copper was studied.The results of test analysis and industrial test show that the non-magnetic drill pipe made of new austenitic stainless steel material has better mechanical performance comparing to it made of beryllium copper.
