手机媒体以其强大迅捷的传播优势,目前已成为危机预警系统的有机组成部分。本文以“7.21北京特大暴雨灾害”为例,分析手机媒体在此次危机事件中的表现和传播效果,在肯定其积极影响的同时,总结手机媒体在危机舆情传播中存在的局限。通过探析“7.21”暴雨灾害给手机媒体传播策略带来的启示,从舆情监测、防控、媒介融合、文本技巧等几个方面提出手机媒体提升传播效果的思路。
Mobile media with its strong and rapid dissemination of advantages, has now become an integral part of crisis early warning system. This paper takes “7.21 Beijing torrential rain disaster” as an example to analyze the performance and dissemination effect of mobile media in this crisis event. While affirming its positive influence, this article summarizes the limitations of mobile media in the dissemination of crisis public opinion. Through the enlightenment of “7.21 ” storm disaster to mobile phone media communication strategy, this paper proposes the idea of mobile media to enhance communication effect from several aspects such as public opinion monitoring, prevention and control, media convergence and text skills.
