党的十三届四中全会明确指出,“党在企业的基层组织处于政治核心的地位”。这是我党总结了近十年改革的历史经验和1989年春夏之交发生的政治风波教训基础上做出的一项重大战略决策,从而解决了企业党的建设上一个带根本性的问题。那么,如何扭转近几年来企业党的建设被削弱的局面,发挥党组织在企业中的政治核心作用呢?我认为树立正确观念是发挥企业党组织政治核心作用的前 The Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made it clear that “the party’s grassroots organizations in the enterprise are at the core of their politics.” This is a major strategic decision made by our party on the basis of summing up the historical experience of the reform of the past decade and the political turmoil that took place at the turn of the spring and summer of 1989 so as to solve the last fundamental problem of the party building in enterprises .
