大约是从去年10月开始,教育部启动中学教师“国培”计划。政府已经意识到提高教师专业素质,是推动教育改革的关键之一。中西部的很多师范院校接受并实施了该计划。张广智先生是复旦大学教授、博士生导师、学界公认的西方史学史专家,但他为初中教师讲课的效果非常好。因此我们特约张先生撰成文字,以使更多的教师受益。能够参加国培计划的教师是少数,希望这些教师回到本地区后能够将学习所得传播开来。同时也希望有更多的一流专家、学者关心中学历史教学,这是历史学的基础。这个基础不行,关注史学研究成果的人会越来越少;历史教育也不会成为公民素质的教育。 Starting from October last year, the Ministry of Education started a secondary school teacher “Guo Pei” program. The government has realized that improving the professional quality of teachers is one of the keys to promoting education reform. Many normal colleges in the central and western regions accepted and implemented the plan. Mr. Zhang Guangzhi is a professor and doctoral tutor at Fudan University and a recognized historian of Western history. However, his lectures for junior middle school teachers are very effective. Therefore, we have made special arrangements for Mr Cheung writing to benefit more teachers. The small number of teachers who can participate in the national training program hope that these teachers will be able to spread their learning gains when returning to their own regions. At the same time also hope that more first-class experts and scholars concerned about the history of high school teaching, which is the basis of history. This basis does not work, and fewer and fewer people will pay attention to the achievements in historical research. History education will not become education of citizens’ qualities.
