目的分析辽宁丹东地区急性脑卒中患者发生营养不良(MN)常见危险因素。方法连续选择近期在我院住院的初发急性脑卒中患者135例,入选对象接受了“急性脑卒中MN常见危险因素调查问卷”调查,并按住院期间是否发生MN进行分组比较。结果 135例急性脑卒中患者中,住院期间发生MN者48例(35.56%),未发生MN者87例(对照组,64.44%)。急性脑卒中发生MN患者的平均年龄、合并糖尿病、意识障碍、吞咽困难、合并感染、呕吐和抑郁发生例数均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05~0.01)。结论老龄、合并糖尿病、意识障碍、吞咽困难、合并感染、呕吐和抑郁的急性初发脑卒中患者更容易发生MN。
Objective To analyze the common risk factors of malnutrition (MN) in acute stroke patients in Dandong, Liaoning Province. Methods A total of 135 patients with newly diagnosed acute stroke who were hospitalized in our hospital recently were enrolled in this study. The subjects were surveyed by the questionnaire of common risk factors of MN in acute stroke and were compared according to whether MN occurred during hospitalization. Results Among the 135 acute stroke patients, 48 cases (35.56%) had MN during hospitalization and 87 cases did not have MN (64.44%). The average age, acute diabetic stroke, disturbance of consciousness, dysphagia, co-infection, vomiting and depression in MN patients with acute stroke were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05-0.01). Conclusions MN is more likely to occur in elderly patients with acute first-episode stroke who have diabetes mellitus, impaired consciousness, difficulty swallowing, co-infection, vomiting and depression.
