针对金陵分公司油品储运部中间罐区储存含有H2S粗汽油、粗柴油中间料挥发外泄带来的环境问题,采用抚顺石化研究院开发的“液态吸收”法对中间储罐排出的含硫、含烃尾气进行有效吸收:经冷冻的粗柴油作为贫吸收油,吸收尾气中的烃类组分,再经30%碱液重力反应器吸收含硫物质,尾气经上述处理过程后实现达标排放。通过对运行中存在的系统压力、吸收剂温度、碱液浓度等问题进行分析,提出了相关改进措施。改进后的装置运行稳定,连续尾气吸收效果较好。
